Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. 
Once you placed your order by clicking on the "submit order" button, you will see the order confirmation page and an e-mail containing your shoestrainers order number will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us directly at shoestrainers@gmail.com

Orders usually ships within 24-48 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking numbers once available. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons:
- If email registered with us is wrong and bounced back to us or we believe you provided wrong shipping address.
- Order is pending for payment
- A product is currently out of stock. But we inform you if something not available at the time of your order completed.
- An order which requires special customization.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. We are also responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. In case if any charges occurred by you at the time of delivery, we will reimburse the expenses as soon as we received proof of payment made to customs such as bill of import duty so on.
